Great affordable place to stay at. Clean and pest free rooms,free continental breakfast. Great location off of SR30 & 61 west side of town if Dewitt,Iowa. Fantastic little town with friendly down to earth people. The Super 8 property is clean and has semi and)or trail with pick up parking. The management is an asset for local knowledge and are a great couple.

Not as bad as I thought it would be... But also will not stay here again. The complimentary breakfast was a little scary, so we went to Sunrise Cafe down the street. (highly recommend if you want great food). But the beds were pretty hard, and only 2 pillows per bed. We had to bring our own blankets. The sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom. The lights were outdated with no charging outlets close by. There was no pool.. But it was nice and private, which is always good. But for the price I definitely think it was ok.
Comfortable. Owner saw I was in crutches with no elevator and offered us a room on 1st floor. Very thoughtful of him

I would be careful when doing business with this location. I had a reservation for Saturday, March 23 when I realized that I would need to cancel. I called early evening of the 22nd, asked the cancellation policy, and was told that I had until noon the next day to cancel. I got the name of the employee but was not given a cancellation number. Early today I received an e-mail asking me to fill out a survey about my stay with a checkout the morning of March 24, which was a lie. Then I found out my credit card had been charged at a higher rate than agreed to when I made the original reservation. The charge is being disputed by my credit card company. If this is an example of how Super 8 operates, I'll avoid them in the future.
Updated hotel that was nice and clean. Checked in late and out early because of our schedule so we only saw one person and he was nice. My only complaint would be there was only supplies enough for one cup of coffee in the room and since we left early I couldn't get a second from down stairs.
I stayed here 9/14, for my daughters wedding. Woke up on 9/15, and noticed something crawling on the sheet. Collected it and put it in a baggie, grabbed my glasses and identified it as a bed bug. I took it to the front desk and asked for the manager. The clerk refused to contact him until 11:00 a.m. I asked for a refund, packed my stuff and left the hotel. I have no idea as yet if I’ve brought anything home, but think it is wrong I was charged for that night. Did not need the aggravation this caused. Will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again!
That hotel is not even fit for animals and Far East Indians managing are very rude and crooks. I had to stay there for a week in December 2012 we were John Deere employees used some rooms as offices, I didn’t have a choice job related. The rooms were smelly with bugs, old beds. I drove 40 miles to nearby Clinton to Target purchased, gallon of bug killer, a gallon of bleach, plastic cover for mattress, sheets, towels, bed spread, air fresher, candles and lots of Clorox wipes. I had the housekeeper take out all the junk bedding and towels. Had the housekeeper bring me 10 bedsheets to spread on the floor after I sprayed bug spray and covered the furniture. Opened the window to air out. The first morning, breakfast: bread had mold, milk was spoiled, bananas were black, it was a night mare straight out of the twilight Zone movie show. To much more to mention, run people.
