I called upper Level Construction on a referral. I met with Tom and he came out to assess a quote. He told me that he would get back to me in a week to give me the quote, depending on his wood vendor, and that i could take a few months to for the project to be finished. I waited 11 days for an update and sent him a text to ask if he had received any information. He did not reply. I still have not heard anything from the company, and it has been 22 days since he came to assess our project. I was surprised at the inconsideration of not responding or sending some sort of update. We will not use this company.
