Tyler and Jake are awesome! Super knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We held them over closing slightly, and they were willing to help out and get us what we wanted. Ordered new phones, and two days later, the phones are in. Highly recommend going in to this Verizon store and working with these guys. They will take great care of you!

Others may have other experiences but this was mine. Very disappointed with the service. After careful consideration my mother chose a new phone. She was told the mobile protection plan was 5/month when it is actually 25. She was also sold on their tablet promotion (free one with a smartphone purchase). She was told the monthly charges would be the same if she swapped the SIM from her old tablet to the new one. We are now paying for both (they never swapped the lines), and the new tablet cost her over 100 with new line charges, device protection and fees. The new access for the tablet is twice what she used to pay for the same access on the old tablet. Will not send my parents to the store again as they seemed to upsell older adults and mislead them about what they will be getting. I will be coordinating with Verizon Corporate to get all the new lines removed and resolving the issue.

Great location for anything Verizon. Jake the manager is very knowledgeable about their products and does anything he can to make sure you get everything you want in a phone as well as the plan that best fits your needs. I would recommend this location to anyone. They will treat you rigjt.

I just went in to ask about upgrading my phone and finding out what iPhone options I have and what costs Id be looking at. I was the only customer and the guy vacantly staring at me was the only employee working. From start to finish he made it seem like I was keeping him from some very important business and that my presence was an inconvenience. His attitude toward me implied that I should have come in knowing exactly what I wanted and that I should have already researched the phone/options available. The only reason I had for going into the store was to talk to a human expert that could explain my options and provide customer service. Apparently, that was asking too much. I plan on researching everything myself from now on and ordering online. Definitely not going back. Update: Dan, the Manager, called within a couple hours of writing this review and apologized profusely for the service I received and offered a free car charger. I was impressed that he cares so much about his customers having a positive experience. Also, that employee no longer works there
