My 9yr old daughter is in her second session of Dexter’s Youth Strength and Conditioning Program and she loves it! Fantastic gym, awesome equipment, clean and family friendly. To hear my child say “coach Paul makes tells me it’s ok if I get hurt, pushes me to get back up and get back at it and makes me feel confident in myself” makes my heart so happy!
