Honestly made my life easier with monthly payments... However I end up doing most of the chasing my self and also they doubled my debt from 4 to 8k... Next 5 years of my life. Also they are very quick to contact you with eviews\ to see if they can up the payments, I should of just struggled my way through the original debt and It might all be paid off by now, I recommend going through a Government scheme or dealing with debt yourself, do not use this company or any third party for that matter.

Probably the rudest members of staff I’ve come across in a long time. I called politely to ask for information on the types of debt management plans available as my client had undertaken one with DFH and i needed to understand the nature of the plan so I could recommend my client (where possible) a suitable mortgage. The “adviser” I say loosely, was nothing short of arrogant and condescending.
The day I contacted dfh I had my first good nights sleep in months, the demanding letters and phone calls stopped almost immediately, I was debt free in the time period they predicted, I suppose i could have gone somewhere else for a cheaper or even free service but they're not a charity. Professional and friendly service from start to finish. Thanks.
Went with this company, decided on a debt management plan with them which I thought would be amazing.... I was paying 100 per month, turned out DFH take 50 in \fees for helping\ or whatever. Wouldn't say i had a 'bad' experience just think it's done all wrong and a company shouldn't charge you if they claim to help you with your debt ect. Safe to say I've cancelled this and won't be recommending this company at all.
NEVER NEVER go there you have better company that will treat you with respect. Called spoke to Claire NO HELP AT ALL, ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH IT ITS YOUR FAULT. She didn't even wane hear what I had to say I left the company and joined SWIFT helped me with all my problem straight was respectful understood my problem and help me resolve it cheaper and better. If you wane be treated with no respect or dignity call DFH and speak with Claire.
