A.C land is a very good person and efficient BCS officer but the other office clerks and peons are always in 'Bribe Mood' there!!
Its in Avenue 1, section 13 B block near Silver garden building and Sorkar Bari more, Big area, well decorating, trees and free spaces infront of the office, two offices in the zone, Mohammadpur circle and Senpara circle, also having hearing room which used in day time. Good environment there.
It's a new land office and the service is still good.
Should introduce fully online system like e-mutation and others to eradicate manual hassles
Should be improved their service quality.
