When the whole is now open and delivering stuff. They are still withholding my delivery from USA. When I paid them full almost a year ago. No effort to refund me or bring my orders. They are wishing not to even give me a courtesy call. Seriously unprofessional.

The stuff are very very friendly, helpful and efficient. Really the greateat way to buy stuffs from Amazon in Bangladesh!! I have bought a Kindle fire from Amazon through backpack. I have also brought a pair of Bluetooth headphones from Amazon through them. The guys at backpack are so nice, helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guys!!!!. Their products and services are genuine, no doubt about it. Genuine products Guaranteed... happy shopping!!!

Backpack used to take lot less delivery time at moderate cost. But now, both the delivery time, and costs have been raised to an unacceptable point. I've requested some items more than 20 days ago and still haven't received yet.

I really like their service. I've collected most of the items from their delivery point. Maximum waiting time is 5 mins. Be careful about their opening and closing times.

The only business I trust to bring my product from USA to bd. The pickup point office has large enough waiting room air conditioned so that, one can relax while they get your product for you. The staff are also very friendly and well trained and will assist you with whatever help you might need. The only con I can think about is the lack of parking space provided, you have park in the street.

I placed order on 18 December, 2020, still have not received my product, lastly it was due today but no response form them.i paid full amount they are very unprofessional, they have no contract number

Warning !!! Backpack !!! Please read before buy. Fraud !!! Fraud !!! Fraud !!! Please boycott Backpack. So many people suffering and not getting their money back, unless you want to face the same consequences. People who are new, don't know what they have done, Backpack will collect their money and flee. I don't understand how they are still doing business, how can people be so naive, do they not read so many people complaining for about 10 months to give their money back. Don't be selfish, because hasn't happened with you. They have no office address, no contact number, no contact person that you can held accountable. They exist only virtually. We planning to take legal action, trust me you don't want to go through this hassle. So requesting you to protest and raise you voice against them by not buying from Backpack. Please send them a message until every last one of the victims gets their money back we will not use your service. You can use some other services like AirBringr, ODeliver. Thanx

Location of this office is in a backside area. If you are walking towards this place, very hard to find. Can be reached easily by rickshaw. They just deliver the product. You can't order there. Office is good. Wheelchair is not accessible.
