This was the first time I availed a moving service, and given my experience with Bangladesh's service sector I was fully prepared to be disappointed. But I must say I was quite pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of Bengal. The team was on time, fast and efficient from end-to-end. Supervisor knew his job well (asked all the right questions and managed the team well). Was particularly impressed with their electric work, which I feared would be sub-standard. All-in-all, i was quite happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.
