Last year mid-December I have called Interior Studio to get an idea about the budget that'll be required to renovate my living room. I was requested to send some pictures on WhatsApp. I have taken the time and effort for measurements and even annotated the photographs for them so that the designers have a clear idea. I have given lengthy descriptions as well. After all these effort a customer puts in, naturally he expects the service provider to reach out. Not only did Interior Studio respond to my call, but they have delayed the process for so long that their service ultimately became redundant for me. In the age of digital commerce written reviews are very powerful tools to warn and put off other serious customers. I want to point out that if this is the value of customer relationships to the management, then the company will die before maturation. Swift delivery upon words should be a key priority, especially when you are competing against so many other great design firms, it's more important that 'sweet talking' and 'sir calling'.
