It's going to be country best hotel branded by intercontinental one 5 star and one 4 star total two hotel. 5 star hotel has best atrium so far I guess from my visit today. Have two swimming pool. One very big and special business office place for 4 stories in to 10 stories building at the same building have 6 stories multi parking . It will be very popular and renowned place near international air port. This who will stay in this hotel and buy office that will be mentionable part. With this they have one retail market very very big. Though still construction going on but great to visit I had today there.
