A piece of peace in the city of wood & stone. Really relaxing place with the green site. Very good place both for exercise & educational purpose as well considering one of the largest botanical diversified collection in the subcontinent. Current environment is safe & clean for all. Highly recommended place.

This was my first trip to The National Botanical Gardens. And to be honest I was pleasantly surprised it was better than my expectations. Entrance to the Gardens was only 20 taka per person. It was nice to be in a different environment in the busy Dhaka city. Did not get to see all of it as we arrived late. There many species of flowers and trees also many migratory birds to see.
The best place for green environment and fresh air in Dhaka city. Its a paradise for nature lover. Everyone who comes to visit Dhaka should go there at least once.
A huge area of variety of trees making the garden a place to hangout with friends and family to have a peaceful time apart from the hustle bustle of the noisy city area. Their are also some lakes here, flower garden and some well placed sitting areas. This place is also great for couples to hangout. The entry fee for per person to this place is only 20 Taka.
Nice place. Remember: 1. The place is open from sunrise to sunset. 2. Don’t stay in lonely and edge of the border, It's riskable. 3. Couple who are in dirty minded requested not to enter here. People will harase you
It's a quite good place to have a day with family if you come a long way from it.
