I will give that shop three stars. Obviously good and clean place. Environment of this place is also good. The behaviour of salesman should be appreciated. But one thing that bothered customers is price range. The price range of the products of this shop is almost high. Without this everything is well.

Fastest way to buy cost effective gift
I recently had a horrible experience that I must like to share so that others become careful about this service ! I had been sending different gifts to Dhaka through them since 2015. I never had any problem in the past. This time I placed order again to deliver flower, cake etc to our relatives place in Dhaka. I received the confirmation email that order was placed and under processing. Then they did not send ANYTHING on due date. Money has been deducted from my account already. I was nicely looking for a full refund since they did not provide the promised service. They do not receive phone and when I email them, it gets bounced back. [attached picture] So, no response from them and money has been taken ! It is a horrible experience ! I feel cheated !

I had to order a gifts for my Mom on Mothers day. since it has Paypal I wouldn't worry about giving away my credit card info. So I placed the order. and they were missing the food for three people out of four the funny thing was even the receipt they have received says for one person So I tried to contact them, through phone and email, No Response. I waited, thinking that might get response nothing yet. thats why I am writing this review So people should see this before they place the order. how irresponsible they are. I have used different site before I haven't found like this before. I hope it would help someone.
