Last 4 months I used it. Most of the time I was used this connection at night. That time I couldn't connect it, used my mobile data. Recurring I called them but no action. For this issue I disconnect Yellow Net. Another connection I have already stated. This is outstanding right now.

I am using yellownet for more than 3 years. First two year was good and I merely had to call them for any support. However, from last one year when I shifted my home in same area I am facing terrible problem with connection fluctuation. Everyday I face the disconnection issue at least 10 times. I have called them at least 100 times in this one year but they didn't/couldn't permanently solve the issue. Every time I call them their response is very generic. Don't know if they check anything or not even don't know if they fix anything or after sometime it solve automatically. Very much frustrating with the network stability issue.

Very poor quality of network. They provide network basing on the users age. As my parents are using this network I often find there is no connection. I won’t suggest this network to anyone.

I was their client for almost 5 years; from 2015 to 2019. I did not even have any kind of service or speed issue.They did not give me any chance to complaint their office. Another thing, their customer service was Mashallah! The best ISP I had ever taken in my 10 years life of Dhaka.
