Marketing policies are to be clarified properly, not just by providing commissions to its people in an unfair way. They, the concerning authority people are very supportive for the well-being of human kind (but at times, it raises questions and it is, too, debatable...) in terms of their contribution for the society and social being, but it needs proper recruiting policy; you cannot employ anyone without providing any salary or basic payment structure. Then it certainly turns into a great mock indeed! [Ha ha ha]
