Excellent and highly skilled staff and technicians. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for. Everyone was very kind and caring, and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. The check in process was easy and I can tell they are keeping everything well sanitized to keep patients safe. Huge thank you to everyone there!

When I went in for a MRI today I got a interesting man. I’ve had this done before...but this was totally uncomfortable. First he gave me the paperwork and everything and proceeded to talk about how the dye contrast would really heat up my groin area... I’m like thanks.... I know... I thought the way he went on about it was....weird. So then he takes me back in all my clothes. He didn’t even offer me a hospital gown. The nurse weirdo man told me to take off my shirt and lay on the table. He asked if I was wearing a bra. I was super weirded out. He then stated “if I wanted a blanket to lay over...you know...”....I’m like... “can I have a gown please?” He turned defeated and was like “ I guess I can get you a gown.” ... it’s normal procedure to give a gown. Another female nurse gave another patient next to me her gown before even being let into the room like normal. Also he kept wanting to talk about how hot my groin area would feel and asked me how it felt when he injected me with the dye. He also went on about how it feels so weird to multiple people..... So inappropriate. In all the other CT/MRI scans I’ve had I’ve never had anyone want to talk about a groin so much....and not offering me a gown and expecting a patient to lay on the table topless is weird......

Had a 9am appointment for a mammogram. Arrived 10 minutes. I was brought into the office timely. After waiting for 20 minutes I checked in again and was told someone had come in before me and I would be next. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes and was unable to wait any longer based on my schedule for that day. Very frustrating.

I have a horrible fear of MRIs and I’m very claustrophobic. They checked in on me the whole time and talked me through the whole process. It was the best experience I could have asked for. The whole staff there was great!
