Disgusting if I'm honest. Take an over the phone payment only a week ago, I have no direct debits set up with then nore do I have any standing orders yet, they have saved my bank detail and cleared my bank only this morning. This will not end well for them. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ONE STAR IS TO GOOD FOR THEM, ID GIVE THEM NONE.....

I've been renting from dial a tv for a few years now can't fault them great service any thing goes wrong they are there customer service thankyou for all your help and advice and I do recommend dial a tv to any one I know to give them a try.
Still waiting for replacement phone , they said they don’t have any phones in stock !!!!!!! Bad service .
You really can’t fault Dial A Tv, The customer service is amazing, the prices are good and it really is hassle free. I’ve used them for well over a year now and not had 1 problem. The customer care team rings every so often to make sure your okay and everything is still working fine. Would highly recommend to anyone who would rather rent.
Always great customer service. Kathleen handled my query today. She was efficient and called me back promptly with resolutions. A friendly, but professional manor. If any problems with goods, they have been resolved promptly and without question. I would highly recommend Dial a TV.
