Great company! They keep the customer well informed with emails, phone calls and updates as they happen. With the issues of Covid they are well informed and dealt with problems fast and always put the customer first! I always use Dial a Flight, and feel they provide a first class service. My only issue is, they should be better versed re travel restrictions. Dial a Flight were trying to sell me a flight that had a connection in the US, whilst United Airlines are saying unless you are a US National you cannot stop in the US.
