I took two leather motorcycle tank bags for repair. They both required clips replacing and webbing straps extended. Excellent service and an excellent job. Well pleased with the results. Will definitely be using again.

I booked an appointment to go as I had a few items that needed altered and I had to bring my young son with me. I showed up and neither of the staff were wearing masks and no obvious measures were taken for safety during the pandemic. I kept my mask on and processed to explain what it was I needed altered. Before I left one of the staff had handed me the ticket for my items and mentioned quickly the price which was to be paid then or at collection. I was told they would be ready in 7 days. The next week I returned to the shop. Both staff were eating their lunch next to the entrance of the shop. The smell was quite strong. They got up but still no masks worn when dealing with customers. I queried a breakdown of the prices for the items as it wasn't clear on the ticket what was being charged per item and it didn't add up according to their price list. When I asked the guy became defensive. He kept saying the prices are from...but did not say how they could charge 11 more than their starting price. There is a complete lack of transparency with their pricing and this should be clearer before they carry out any work. On top of this they missed an item of clothing at pick up and had to ask them where it is. It arrived with a stain on the collar (possibly make up). Absolute terrible customer service and will not return.

After a terrible experience at another tailer today, I then turned up to diamond stitch. They unpicked the Perviously alteration (I actually think they thought I had done it myself but I hadn't) got me to try the dress on, pinned and altered it all on the same day Fantastic at their craft and great service.. Thanks
