My employer has been using Dice Communications as our enterprise networking and telecom equipment provider since 2015 and we have been very happy with the service and pricing they offer. Every employee takes the extra time to make sure everything is working just as we want it to. We have been using Alcatel Lucent Enterprise equipment for over 20 yeas and Dice has been our best vendor yet for ALE equipment. We find ALE networking and telecommunication equipment to be a good value in the enterprise market.
Currently have dice communication. Internet plan with 100mb. Service is so slow for 75 a month. We tested our speed and we were getting as low as 5mb; definitely not what we’re paying for. This service is key to my boyfriends success as he sometimes works from home. We tried contacting dice communication and no response, no one can’t give us an answer. One technical called my boyfriend and set up a visit to our place to figure out the issue. My boyfriend took time from work to meet this person, who never showed up; my boyfriend called him and he finally answered via text by telling him he was busy doing an other job and to please just text him. He never called him to let him know he was not gonna be there and not even an apology. After this, we’re still trying to get answers and no one can’t contact us back. Horrible service; definitely not worth what we’re paying for. Unfortunately looks like this is the only provider in my area. If you get their service, be ready to be dealing with issues and being ignored.
Poor communication, or lack thereof rather. No response when coordinating technical assistance or follow-up to issues being reported. Internet speed is throttled - not what we've paid for. Service is just sub-par overall. I would highly recommend against their IPS and any other service they offer going off what I've dealt with as a customer. Unfortunately, it is the only provider in my area and it looks like I'll be dealing with them for the foreseeable future. Stay away. Ran a speed test, 0.26 Mbps download 0.09 Mbps upload I'm working from home during the pandemic and this is impossible.
zero stars. zero service after the sale. alcatel-lucent phones are garbage. do yourself a favor and use a different phone vendor for your company needs.
Did business with Dice several years ago. Need assistance with equipment, and have tried to email and call them several times in the last few months. . Zero response.
