I set up a Delivery "3 Times" and each time the Delivery Company NEVER Showed up or did what they promised, I was supposed to get my frame on Tuesday, and after taking the day off work, they called when they were supposed to be there and said they weren't coming. I set up a second appointment, for a delivery the following day and they said they would call me beforehand to let me know when they were coming, "THEY NEVER CALLED" and instead showed up, when i was in my laundry room, and left within 5 minutes, This can be proven by my building Concierge! They then set up a THIRD appointment for delivery, and I took time off of work a THIRD time, and then called and said the order was Cancelled, I did not Cancel the order. What is going on, this is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! I have also paid for a White Glove Delivery. White Glove??? lol
