I called 10am on a Tuesday, wait time, 1 min or less. The router / wifi tech identified 2.4 interference, and split my dual band managed router to 2.4 / 5g in less than a min. I used to be a wifi tech for Comcast and this process would have taken 5 mins on a good day, more for the script the agent is forced to read you, not the case with consolidated. Company 5/5, agent 5/5 . Great tech support! Also surprised they are running fiber, great infastructure! And the price seems about right.

Terrible experience here. Bought 2 different routers and constant drops & disconnects. Even our TV 15 feet from the routers kept disconnecting. It was unusable for my wife for her desktop for work & my son with his laptop for his homeschool. They ended up having to both tether to Verizon. Then told I agreed to a 12-month contract (to begin with, ISP contracts.....in 2020, who does that??) which I inadvertently must have done when we're only under lease here for only 6 months and I had told them that prior to signing up. I knew there was a install fee waiver I'd have to pay back if I cancelled within 6 months & a few other discounts but I don't remember anyone telling me that there was also a contract for 12 months & to watch out for whatever you click on during the sign-up which is ultimately my fault, but would have been nice to know that (found their online ordering not very straight forward to me & we've lived in 15 States having Charter, Comcast, CableOne, Montana Internet, CenturyLink, Midco, Frontier, etc prior so I'm well versed on ISPs). I should've went with Midco. They were great for us in Fargo & Rapid City prior & I didn't have any contract. Stayed with them because we CHOSE to. Oh well, live and learn.

Actually some of the worst internet I have had the misfortune of using. And I lived in a 3rd world country. Connection is inconsistent AT BEST, constant dropping, awful packet loss, and the customer service does not adequately address the problems you present them. If you value the ability to use a computer then do not use this provider.
