Elena and Nay DEFINITELY earned this 5 star. I called for an upgrade from my Galaxy s8 to Galaxy s205g and they told me they had ONE left. I hurried over and got approved with Progressive leasing. They then helped me by transferring ALL of my files to my new phone. They even helped logging back in to my Facebook which was my main concern. Thank you and great job ladies! If yall ever need a car, I will give yall a STEAL!!

I went to pay my bill and cancel an extra line i had activated for a friend whom didn't use the phone or service for more than a day or so and the two ladies assisting me really helped me calm down and realize that it's not okay to get angery at them and pay the bill and cancel next month. They genually care about their customers.
