I called ahead of time to have an LG V60 screen replaced. They told me it woupd take 1 hour and it would be 130. I bring my phone the next day, as instructed and everything changed. The price jumped to 159 and the screen replacement was poorly completed. There was a clear gap between the screen and the base of the phone, which I pointed out to them on pick up. They changed the frame color of my phone from rose gold to black without my permission or knowledge. The repair was poorly completed, they did not fix it and I had no choice but to take my phone with the poor repair and workmanship. I would not refer this location nor will I return. I will end up just paying a 2nd time for the repair to be done the right way, with an OEM screen and frame in the proper color.

Great experience! Brought my phone in and 45 minutes later I had a brand new screen! They also tossed in a free screen protector! Great prices as well. Everywhere else in the area wanted 300 to repair my iPhone 11 screen. I walked out paying 139 for a new screen!
