Check in was easy. In the past I've have stayed at many La Quinta Inns. My first issue was having to ask the Manager to put salt out on the ice on the sidewalk. The hedges had not been cut back so it was a perilous journey from my car to the front door. I found a red glove on the floor of my room from the last occupants. I gave it to the front desk clerk in the morning. The room seems clean but was kinda dusty. In the morning I had expected to have a hot waffle but was told because of covid it was not available. Tables had not been wiped down. But the toaster and microwave were still working. Staff seemed very happy as they stood around laughing and cutting up, but yet had not put any more salt out in the morning for departing customers. As I watched an elderly man struggling to unload his belongings right at the front door. (I did stop an asst him.)I usually really love staying at this establishment. Maybe next time?

The front desk check in person was fabulous. We got in late and she still let me use hot tub for a bit. There was someone's hat left in the room from day before but the clerk's disposition made up for everything.
Stayed here while my truck was being repaired at Wesley Truck Center. Very reasonable price, super clean, amazing bed that was super comfy, TV with lots of programming options, mini refrigerator and microwave, desk with comfy chair, another separate chair for reading a book, and really friendly staff. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance less than 5 minutes away. A convenience store is also located next door. Located close to the highway. This was an absolute wonderful stay, the room was clean and spacious. They welcomed my two siberian husky with affection and dog cookies at the door. No extra fee was added for my dogs to stay. The beds were soft and gave my husband the best night sleep. So much that he hunted down the name of the bed (simmons beauty rest) so we can have the same comfort at home. All amenities were open pool hot, tub and gym. We even had a wonderful complimentary breakfast, the French toast was amazing. The only thing that I wish could have been better was the water temp. I like a nice super hot shower, but as you can see this point was not so much of a big deal that I wouldn't give this place five stars. Staff was friendly and helpful will DEFINITELY be staying again thank you for an amazing night.
Wow, NO MASKS WORN BY THE CHECK-IN STAFF?! I was beyond shocked, scared & uncomfortable that the NONE of the staff were wearing masks to check me in, nor the next day. And almost no guests wore masks!! No sign requiring them by guests either?! It was too late after driving 10 hours to find a different hotel. I slept in my mask!! I'm on the road (vs. flying because I thought I would be safer) to go care for my 81 year old sick mom. These folks are showing no regard for sharing this highly contagious & deadly virus with others. I assume no Covid cleaning as well?...UNACCEPTABLE!! One star because it seems like a nicer, new hotel otherwise.
Pool was approx 70 but bed and room and service was 100% amazing
I love it. Even though some of the adult guest were loud in the hallway and woke up my 4 month old and it took me 2 hours to go back to sleep. And I kept trying to connect to the internet service but never could.
