Stays high and dry. Spaces clearly marked and separated. Dump Station on site. Reasonable rates. Good management.

Yes this storage is cheap but there is theft in this storage. I have been there for over a year and didn't have issues till now when I was getting ready to stop storage and get my boat out for the last time. I noticed when I got home to start my motor that my trim tab annoid on my lower unit was gone and the bolt was missing. It was there when I dropped of there the last time I put my boat there. I am not happy about it and will never be returning to this storage.

Very secure lot. Crushed gravel surface which is well maintained. Several different width spaces available some of which are adequate for big rigs. Dump station and water. No covered spots or power hookups. By far the most economical lot in the area. I have been here for over a year and love it. Biggest plus: walking distance to Taylor Automotive and Due's Camping who combined can comprehensively service any RV (both I highly recommend). It is about 5-10 minutes from I45 via Deats Road, thus I would consider access to the highway fast and easy.
