I'm going to make this short & sweet, like how the store manager or at least she claims to be (I've had the phone answered by 2 different people both saying they're the store manager ) did when she hung up on me before I could ask aby questions. I ordered a twin, got a full, figured I'd just return it mattresses are cheaper at Walmart anyways. Gets told it'll take 7 buisness days. Calls on the 8th buisness day to ask where my refund is, gets told a different story, some dude named Sheldon tries to help, says it takes 10 buisness days. Defends other chick, saying she doesn't understand because she doesn't really speak English, said they'll call me when my return is ready. Has to call them because they didn't. Says how my return is ready. Tells me it'll take 1 buisness day. Asked her if that'd be Monday because it's the weekend she said no Saturday. I explained to her what a buisness day was. Still saod it'd be on Saturday (I understand it's up to my bank but this is getting ridiculous) Here's Saturday have someone call for me because I'm at work. They grt told a different story, she still doesn't understand what a buisness day is, hangs up on person I had call. So yea, this company or I'm sorry, this location is terrible.
