I went in a week ago to get a new 2021 ram 3500 dually. Jose Martinez was the first one to come and help when I showed up. I’ve been to many car dealerships before and this man will forever stand out. He answered all my questions. He understood what I want never try to up sale me or lie to me. Told him what I wanted on the truck what price wanted and he helped me meet these expectations. He got me the best deal possible and I know this because I went to 3 different dealers and there price was the best. Best sales man I have ever met i highly recommend him as your next salesman. Onces that was taken care of I went with the financing center. I don’t remember her name but the lady that help me out was one of the most professional well educated understanding and extremely helpful lady. I can assure you I will be coming back to buy another truck from them. Honestly if you want to a dealership that is honest trustworthy and understanding there’s no better place than this one I highly recommend it.

I wish sales and Service had separate review locations. Sales seems to be great, but Service not so much. I'm giving them two stars just because my vehicle got fixed, but because everything else is sub par Service. Sure, it's a busy place, but y'all had my vehicle for over a week to diagnose and then replace a starter (and a door actuator). I feel either lied to or ignored after daily attempts to get status of vehicle; it's either \tech is working on it - we'll call you back\ - then no details and no call back, or \we'll look into it and call you back in an hour\ with no call back. After a week they finally say \we are picking up part today and will install in the morning\. Seriously? Then it ended up not being the starter but the wire going to it. Did they know this before telling me they were going to go get the part? They also left the door panel not fully engaged, which further damaged the side of my vehicle. On top of everything, for the \convenience\ of adding the towing bill to the service they added another 20. I setup the tow, offered to pay upfront, but yet they nickel and dime ya. I don't plan on using y'all ever again if I can help it.
I so enjoyed being a customer of Linda Rivera. She is absolutely the best and has such a beautiful spirit. I felt relaxed the whole time I was there. My husband I think she is so wonderful and a kind loving person! Mr. & Mrs. Joyce and Curtis Ellis
The service department was great to work with. My contact was Danny, he was very professional, quick to respond and extremely considerate. Highly recommend this dealer.
Had a great experience here! Misa was super helpful and very nice throughout the entire process. I barely had to do anything, he handled everything for me over the phone so that when I came in all I had to do was jump in my new Challenger Scatpack Widebody and drive away. Will definitely be back to this dealer!
