These guys are amazing!!! I had in my great wisdom placed a piece of Styrofoam between my truck bed and the back of my cab over truck camper. If you can imagine what that sounds going over every bump, you can imagine my distress. These 4 guys lifted my camper using pure muscle and were able to grab that pesky piece of Styrofoam out. They saved my sanity and made my day! They didn't ask for anything, just helped me out of kindness. I'd totally pay for them to fix my rv, if I had one. Thanks!!!!

Used 2 tubes of silicone to patch a leak instead of replacing the part. Then would not warranty the work. Horrible customer service, very rude to me on the phone, and in person. I believe this is an attempt to discredit my review. The work was done in Dickinson, and every opportunity was given to resolve the issue. From the service manager to the owner, back and forth for 4 weeks, 2 trips to your shop, numerous phone calls, and ended with me being told that my review would not matter, and the fact that i was asking for a cracked part to be replaced was unreasonable. And in fact, you will not warranty your work for 30 days, because i did not buy my trailer from your location.

We had a leaking Valterra grey water waste tank. We purchased the Valterra seal kit from these guys. After installing the seal kit, the valve leaked worse than before. We brought both old and new seals back and we discovered that the seal kit provides slightly different seals than the original. Jesse and the shop guys opened a different valve body package and found identical seals in a different package, Problem solved and happy to report these seals did the job perfectly. Jesse and the shop guys went farther than they needed to help us resolve our parts issues! Very please with his help!

Went in for a part for our camper and received a poor greeting \can I help you?\ From a young lady, like we were an inconvenience to her. They told us our camper brand customer service wasn't open today. No response after that, didn't seem like they wanted to help us with our issue. We like to help local businesses in Dickinson but looks like we will be taking our camper issues and new purchases to Camping World from now on.
