I've been searching for enclosed boat storage in my area for some time. I was fortunate to have found a 32' unit in a clean, secure facility that will accommodate our boat. The electricity and water access for engine flushing is a bonus! Besides the competitive pricing (better than any other I priced, including those with no vacancies) the service from Shelby when initiating the lease was incredible. Very friendly and helpful... I would highly recommend! (As a bonus, they have a courtesy box truck for customers to use when moving.)

RODENTS!!!! We stored our belongings here after Harvey while our house was being remodeled. When we went back for what little survived the flood mice or rats had chewed through all of our boxes and there was feces and urine on all of our stuff. When we walked in there were traps every where and a smell of rotting animal. When we called we were told that most likely they would not be doing anything for us and that our insurance should cover it. They knew that they had a rodent problem and didn't inform tenants to give us a choice to remove our belongings or to check our unit to ensure there wouldn't be property damage. Poor business. IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!
Very easy to get to, plenty of space between buildings to unload without being in the way. Very clean storage rooms and a very helpful and kind staff. Best Storage
