Daryl was very helpful and knowledgeable meeting our needs for the obtaining a storage unit. Answered all questions And a big plus they have a free moving truck if needed.
Awesome staff. Not sure of the storage size needed, Mr. Darrell took time to assist me in leasing the correct size. With today's world being all about rush rush I felt like he put the time in me to make sure I was taken correct care of, then and there. Awesome, thanks
Great location! Worked with Darrell the facility manager and was very helpful. There's avail answering service and receptionist was very accommodating, helpful. It gave me the confidence storing my RV at this location.
Called to ask to postpone payment until the first when the actual payment was due. Needed to buy groceries for myself and autistic son. They refused ran payment anyway when it was not even the first of the month. I asked to please put money back because I was in line at the grocery store and had to but groceries back. I told them I would pay on the first when I got paid. They refused and kept the last money I had to get food for the month. Should be against the law especially in time of nation wide disaster that we are in. Was just asking them to work with me a little... I DO NOT recommend them. They care nothing about their customers safety or well being.
