This was my first small bank stop and I was highly disappointed. Not friendly, stood for about 6-7 minutes in an empty lobby made eye contact with a lady in an office, the teller finished with a customer and got someone to help me, she pushed a pamphlet to me through another teller window, acted as if I was an inconvenience when I asked if we could sit and talk, awful experience! League City location. Thank you but I will not be moving forward with Texas First Bank.

I have been banking with this bank for more than 20 years and it’s nice to be recognized (not for the amount of deposits) but because they are friendly and want to help you!!! Great customer service needs to be acknowledged and rewarded. Kayleigh is the best at what she does and gives her customers her very best!!!! Thank you for all your help!!!!

Tyler Garrett and Dickey Campbell are the reason I write this, I have never experienced this type of fraud and terrible treatment by a bank or a banker. I avoid everything to leave bad reviews but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. DO NOT get a construction loan with them. We got a construction loan and the bank paid out the contractor after sending their inspector out to view the property, they paid out for Electrical, Plumbing and AC's that were ALL done out of code and without permits. Over 20k in work that had to be torn out and replaced. The bank allowed the contractor to continue to be paid out. They allowed money to be stolen and used for out of code work then refused to take any responsibility. We spent thousands fixing this work out of pocket, at the end of the day we had to pay and the bank didn't care. They allowed the contractor to extort us for more money to get a lien release signed. Tyler Garrett actually facilitated it. We called Dickey Campbell his boss to try to reason with him, he didn't care. I believe in doing right by people.
