Dr Cote and His PA are great. Their physical therapy office is joke. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GET PHYSICAL THERAPY HERE!!!!!!

I was highly disappointed with the care my husband, Gary was given here. He saw Dr. Cote, had both xrays and a MRI and was referred to Dr. Johnson in Bismarck for a cortisone shot, however when we reached Dr Johnson's office he had not received any of my husbands records including no test results so they didn't know what was going on and also no one told my husband not to take Eliquis for the previous 2 days so we wasted a whole day driving over there and missing work to get nothing done. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Terrible patient service and communication.
