Vastine Remodeling will be our go to for all renovations from now on, and they should be yours as well! We hired a company to turn our bath and shower into a full walk in shower and it was a disaster from the get go. I finally terminated that contract and began searching for someone qualified to the major screw up. Charles with Vastine Remodeling responded in a few minutes and had a reasonable quote to me within 1 day. His team was extremely professional and friendly to my family and I. It wasn't long before you could consider these guys friends. They were awesome day in and day out, and worked nonstop until the job was complete. Carlos, the tiler, is an expert in his field. His attention to detail shows in every aspect of his work. From the way he carries himself, to the work he does, he is top notch! Cindy in the showroom was very attentive and helped throughout the entire process, from tile and grout selection, to ensuring we were in the know throughout the entire project. And the helpers were also professional and very helpful in ensuring a safe and clean workspace for them, and living space for us. Do not hesitate to give them a call! Charles and his team (Walter, Frank, Samuel) were fantastic, professional, and easy to work with. We hired VRC in April 2021 to enclose an office area with 12' high new walls, install 4x 6" recessed can lights and put in French doors for us downstairs as well as put up new walls and install a door for our upstairs gameroom. Charles's thorough estimate gave us a clear blueprint for what to expect and allowed the remodeling job to go smoothly. There were no hidden fees, extra costs, "oh that costs extra" type moments. Walter's attention to detail and excellent workmanship helped lead the project from start to completion without issue. This was our first home remodeling project and we are very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. We have other projects we are considering and would use VRC again.
Vastine Remodeling did a great job on our Dining room! We had water damage below our floor and they tore it all out and re built the structure! They tiled the dining room floor and even knocked out a wall between our dining room and kitchen. I love how it all turned out. Charles and his team are top notch! Would highly recommend!
They arrived on time and ready to work on my remodel project in my garage. They went above and beyond to finish the install of some new metal cabinets. Some pieces were missing from the factory and would have delayed completion, but Charles went to the store where I purchased it from and got them to take the parts from the display in order to complete the cabinets. TALK ABOUT ABOVE AND BEYOND! The two workers he had on the project were very courteous and knowledgeable of the job, and did a fantastic job of installing, securing, and even fixing a broken hinge on one door! Clean-up was very thorough as well, which is very important to me. Just goes to show how professional and knowledgeable these guys are. I will be using them on future projects!
I was in a scenario where I inherited my Father's home which needed extensive remodeling before being sold, yet I live 3hrs away and don't have much free time to manage a project. Charles has a straightforward process which allowed me to spec out the level of desired remodeling work and also provided a very detailed line-item quote for the project. During the project he provided regular updates and also provided very easy payment options. Very happy with the experience.
Vastine remodelling replaced about 1400 sq ft of laminate and carpet with large wood-look ceramic tile planks throughout my occupied 50 year old home. I also replaced the baseboards through out the entire 2200 sq ft. It took about 2 weeks plus a couple of extra days to repair some water damaged areas that we found along the way. I worked all day from home, the kids did their online school, and the crew was great about ANY request I made. I had some reservations about lippage with the large planks being laid on a slab in an older home but the floors turned out beautiful. They were professional, measured and laid the entire job out at the beginning and executed wonderfully including any moving of large furniture. The team communicated the plans for each day at the beginning and end of the day as well as the overall timeline and worked with me when I had a couple of time crunches. Oh...and the price was extremely competitive.
As a general contractor, VRC dumpster service is far superior to any dumpster company I have ever used. Unlike other companies VRC goes above and beyond when in comes to client service. Glad I found this company for sure. Thanks Again, Rob Scherer CLS Builders
Vastine Remodeling did a great job on our home in Lake Jackson. We had them scrape, retexture, and paint the ceilings, paint the interior, replace carpet, and enlarge the entrance. They worked quickly and were timely in responding to any questions we had. We will definitely be using their services in the future!
