I located a very unique 30 year old Chevy Camaro IROC Z at this dealership. Unfortunately, I was 670 miles away in Florida. I placed a phone call to the dealership and spoke to a salesman named Mike. Salesman Mike was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, he was able to get me the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Now came the hard part, how to get the vehicle home. Easy way was to transport it door to door but, my 13 year old Son wanted a Road Trip Memory out of this unique vehicle. We chose to fly up and pickup the vehicle. I notified salesman Mike of our intentions to personally pickup the vehicle. Mike went out of his way and offered to pick us up at the Little Rock Airport for free. This is 100 miles away from the dealership. Not only did Mike pick us up as promised, he made sure the 30 year old Camaro was road worthy for our 13 hour drive back to Florida. Everything was delivered as promised. My Son and I received excellent customer service from Mike. A true and honest salesman! Words alone cannot describe how thankful I am about Dickson/Performance Chevrolet and the staff. My Son and I had a great buying experience on a very unique piece of American Muscle Car history. The car was exactly as described and performed like a champ. Salesman Mike, thanks for the great and memorable auto buying experience. You are D'Man!

Was having a strange/unsual issue with my company car, 2017 Chevy Malibu, where when I put the car in park, I was getting a message that I needed to "shift to park" and I was confused, it was causing me to re-crank, back up, park again, etc. until it worked. They knew exactly what the issue was and ordered the part, then scheduled an appointment around my schedule, and estimated 2 hours time and it was ready/installed in 1.5 hours. Great Experience, very friendly people.

It’s not often that I am blown away, however, when I am I want to tell the world. On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, the coldest day yet in Southern Arkansas, my 2014 Chevrolet would heat my car and subsequently began to overheat. Given no so recent warranty work I assumed the issues were related. Having contacted Teague Chevrolet in El Dorado, Arkansas I was treated below standard! No concern, no appreciation for choosing this location to service my vehicle, and no urgency “We’ll get to it when we get to it” type attitude. With no other alternative I contacted Dickson Chevrolet in Camden, Arkansas, my hometown, and I am so THANKFUL I did! The phone was answered by Amanda Moseley, she was bubbly and so helpful! As I did with Teague Chevrolet, I explained my issues with my vehicle and the past warranty repairs at another dealership. She immediately began to search for options to quickly get my vehicle in for service. She located an availability for the same morning and even offered a ride back to my residence! She explained the process, diagnostic fee, and what could be the possible outcomes, keeping in mind that everything would be discussed and explained to give me the most affordable repairs. Along with Chasity, Dickson Chevrolet Service Manager, they ensure me the repairs would be warrantied and that the diagnostic would rule out any issues that may not be so apparent! Once the repairs were completed Amanda called to explain everything and to ensure that all my needs were met and offered options to settle my bill for the completed work on my car. I have never had anyone go to such lengths to show they care about their customers! I’m blown away! If you need anything in the area of repairs, or even searching for a new vehicle give Dickson Chevrolet a chance to blow you away! You won’t regret your decision!
