A couple of days I went to buy one pair of shoes for my baby and Sanja was very nice and helpful, she was very patient and friendly! I definitely recommend this shop to other parents, they have very good leather products with an outstanding customer service!

I went to clarks store in Didcot to buy a new pair of shoes today. It was the worst customer service. Usually the store is really nice when it comes to customer service but despite having 3 ppl in the shop floor and only two customers (includine me). I had to constantly ask them for attention, i was treated like i wasnt present and after making m purchase on my way out i heard the staff and their manager? Making some snide comments behind my back and laughing.
