I have been trying to book an appointment for 4 hours.I spent 1.5 hour on the phone between 8:30 and 10:00 with no luck as line was busy...Then tried again after 11,but no-one answered the phone. Finally receptionist answered the phone after 1:00 and said that doctor I need to speak with works only in the mornings so I have to call again tomorrow morning to book an appointment as they can book for the same day only... The staff is always nice and friendly but the line is always busy and it is extremely difficult to book an appointment.

No one answered the phone.......I've tried calling about the covid-19 vaccine.....the automated response gives options for prescriptions, appointments and general information. I press the number for general info and no one EVER picks up the call. Please don't turn me into the person who takes up a phone line and press for appointments even if im just looking for information.

Moved here in march and I was told this gp service was the best. Although the receptionists are extremely helpful and the doctor we've CHOSEN has been amazing. Another doctor has been intercepting my mums medication prescribed by the hospital. I'm a full time, live in carer for my mum. I am doing everything the hospitals and gp in our old town and our CHOSEN gp has said and he is interfering with her care. On the phone last time he triggered my mental health issues and questioned whether I'm caring for her correctly when he has NEVER met me or my mum and knows NOTHING about our situation. I am not only appalled by his bedside manner, but disgusted that he is continuously interfering in another patient's care when there is no reason.
