My prescription was sent directly to this store. I waited over 30 minutes before I could speak to a member of staff. I was then told that they had an issue with their computer, must have been what other customers had been complaining about ahead of me. After checking I was told my prescription was ok & it would take around 10 minutes. I waited another 25 minutes and was then told that they were unable to process it because of the computer issues. Apparently Lloyds IT dept don't work sundays so they couldn't get it sorted. They were also unable to print the prescription so that I could take it elsewhere to get the emergency medication that had been prescribed. Basically they couldn't do anything & no satisfactory explanation why I had to wait 25 minutes for them to tell me this.

Shambolic, always queue before you get to be served and after again to wait for your prescription just to find out the wrong prescription was issued. Used to be my favourite but last years or so went down the hill
25 minutes to be served with only one person in the queue before us... Also, the pharmacist served us with the facemask not covering the nose.
Very messy one.
You have to wait absolutely ages even with small orders
