Don't waste your time going to a major chain like Firestone or Midas. These guys were awesome! Prices are unbeatable and the service was fantastic and quick. Guys at the desk were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Check out what specials they have on their website. Booking an appointment was extremely easy and I highly recommend. Felt really great to support a privately owned business instead of another major corporation. Also really liked the old school feeling in the waiting room.

Let me say this first, I have a lot of friends in the automotive industry, so naturally I'm very untrusting, it's the nature of the business... But NOT With this shop AJ, Greg, and their whole team are OUTSTANDING professionals, extremely compent, and go way beyond any automotive repair shop I've found to date, they tell you like it is and don't try to upsell you with a bunch of stuff you don't need like MOST shops do and especially the stealerships ALWAYS do. ( if they say you need it, you do, you can trust them.) They have been taking care of my parents vehicles for many years (30), ALWAYS they have done excellent work and at a reasonable/fair price. That being said I took my '07 trailblazer there for a almost impossible to diagnose electrical issue, they found the issues, fixed them (there were multiple).. and my truck is now home and running great and on Budget, on Time, with EXCELLENT communication throughout the whole process!! They have earned my TRUST, LOYALTY, and RESPECT, which I have to say is no small feat! Mad RESPECT to Diehl Auto Repair, AJ, GREG and the whole crew. This is how a business should be run, and is at Diehl. They care about their customers, and their community which in this day and age is uncommon and RARE.They do it all and have the state of art tools, equipment, and most importantly the knowledge needed to service today's (nightmare engineered IMHO) vehicles. They go above and beyond and their customer service is second to none! If I could give 10 stars I would, I'm only sorry I didn't listen to my parents and take my truck there sooner...(you'd think at 53 years of age I would at least listen to my parents..still hard headed) FANTASTIC JOB GUYS!! 5***** in EVERY SENSE OF THE MEANING. THANK YOU!!

I've had issues with my car for awhile, but have not been taken seriously by other shops and my concerns were brushed off. Recently, my car had started driving worse, so I had called a few repair shops that already were giving me the run around. Then I called Diehl Auto Repair and was told to bring my car in the next day. I worked with Greg, Rick and I believe Erik who all listened to me, took down every concern I had and worked quickly to diagnose the issues by the next morning. The team is extremely professional and courteous. They took the time to explain the issues with my car and broke down all pricing for me so I wouldn't be surprised later on. I still have more repairs to do that I couldn't complete at the time (personal reasons, Diehl was ready to help with those repairs as well!) But I will definitely be bringing my car back to Diehl. Thank you guys so much for your great work! Just the first set of fixes and my car is already running tremendously better.

These guys are the best auto mechanics in Chicagoland. They're quick, they're friendly, they're thorough, they're honest, and their prices are more than fair. My wife and I have had both of our cars serviced by Diehl several times and we've always been happy with the results. I can't recommend them enough.

This place is great for big or small auto work. The front desk people are honest about cost and always give you options. I know I can trust the staff and will be going here for any and all work done. Don't go anywhere else because these people know what they are doing.
