I brought my bike twice to this shop for 2 different issues and they provided me a high level of service. They are really insightful when it comes to bicycles and their services are reliable. Both times my bike was fixed successfully and efficiently. Prices are correct as well. I highly recommend them. I live in Amsterdam but it's quite easy and fast to go to the shop.

I bought a second hand bike from them a while ago. Since then, I had to go back to get something fixed twice. Both times, the service was quick and free, simply incredible. I’m still really happy with my purchase and recommend Beterfietsen to everyone!
I came to the shop with a new Bottom Bracket as I was not able to remove the old one from my race bike as it was screwed way too hard. The staff (super friendly btw!) easly removed and changed it. I had to insist to pay something for the hand work as they said was a small job so it was for free :)) I definitely recommend their services.
Highly recommended! Very friendly staff. I came with my gazelle e-bike, screen didn’t show speed and distance. Guys fixed it in 5 minutes for free! In case any problem I will bring my bike only here :)
Best bike shop in town! The guys are the best. Helped me out a couple of times, really quick for good price! Always a pleasure.
