Very polite, but very poor service. The front desk could not help me figure out how to open a bank account. ING really have to improve its service, in Belgium they had the same problem.

65% of the time you’ll get a friendly man who tries to help in ING’s do it yourself banking system. The other 35% of the time you’ll get other employees that tell you to go home and do it yourself only so you can drive back and ask another question 20 minutes later after something new doesn’t seem to work. The 2 extra stars are for the aforementioned man.
Incredible rude and bad service a wise manager would dismiss every single person that works in there.. I will definitely call the customer service department to complaint
The worst office of ING ever!!! I have an appointment at 2pm. The officelady arrived at 12:20 and she completely don’t know what I am asking about! Horrible service! Horrible people!
Absolutely worst experience I ever had! After having some changes implemented to my account, the customer representative refused to help me with further inquiries, told me to "go away" and that she "did not want to speak with me". Furthermore, the lied into my face about not having a manager / refused to let me speak to him/her, and told me when I requested about helping me read the terms and conditions of my contract (which were in Dutch) to "go and learn Dutch". Incredibly bad and rude service, would not recommend this place.
