I've been dealing with this business for close to 5 years now and they have met, and even exceeded, all of my expectations.

Went to get myself to be insured for my vehicle however, the person whom I was speaking to got upset since it was my first time buying insurance. I was asking questions just because I wanted to make sure how they work. You can tell that the person was getting frustrated and in the end, they told me sorry we can't help you no more you have to find someone else. I was very much insulted. They did not want to negociate. It's like you can feel that they don't care for you and they only want your money.
I've never had issues with this company. Ask for Sylvie when you call, she is great, supportive and very kind!

every time I speak to this broker, he makes me feel like he cant help me and that what I need is impossible. He does listen to his customers and makes assumptions. I will never do business there again.
I wanted to get home insurance with this company and the broker I dealt with literally told me he couldn't waste his time to write me a letter to say he would insure my house because I might go to an other company after he wrote the letter... seriously? broker:" we can do a letter no problem miss, the only thing is, a lot of the past costumer for some reason ask for a letter then never join our company so if you want me to take the time and write you a letter we need to make sure you'll come back to us." Me(flabbergasted) :"Ive been emailing you back and forth for the past 24hrs with all the details of my house so obviously im interested in your business!!? I seriously didn't appreciate this little speech it was kind of rude actually" Broker:" well miss if you didn't appreciate it there's nothing I can do for you." and hangs up the phone... What just happened?! im so not impress...
