Horrible service, highly defensive and aggressive tone when we called to get a few questioned answered. Come to find out they wanted us to pay 5 months of retro pay for an issurence we never got confirmed nor seen any quotes. After calling 6 or more times over the previous 5 month we still never got any responses. Being a small business owner it just surprised me how poorly they spoke to us and how little they cared. Even though they were the ones who dropped the ball, not once did we hear them take an once of responsibility. I cant and dont want to imagine what would have happened if we needed to submit a claim between the 5 months when the file was still incomplete. No way the insurance company would have paid.

Horrible Service . waited weeks for return phone calls . Still waiting on a return phone call from MANAGER 2 weeks ago. Marie-Claire Bujold, CIP. very unprofessional . said we could cancel anytime . did not notify we could be possibly penalized.. put stop payment into the bank to STOP THEM STEALING .. ADVISE NO ONE ELSE BE VICTIM TO THEIR LIES AND DECEIPT

I had insurance with this company for several years. I was informed today that my insurance was dropped and I was not aware! They explained they called my old number and sent something to my former address (which I had asked them to update). So mistakes happen and this actually isn't what has me disappointed with them. Whether it was them that sent mail and voicemail to the wrong address or me who didn't update them properly doesn't matter as accidents happen and we could call it a "miscommunication". What shocked me was I said okay let's move past the blame game and reinstate the coverage and they said no. Not because they couldn't but because they didn't want to. I have over 50 properties in Saint John and because I only had one with them they really didn't care and completely did not value my business as a customer. Obviously I know I have made the correct decision to have my other business with two other insurance brokers I work with.
