I went there 15 minutes before the store closing and the guy with the dreadlocks refused to give me a new phone and said that it takes 30 minutes to activate it. I hope they had some customer service skills

Thankfully we are switching back to Bell. Wasted an entire hour to pay a bill that only took one minute to pay. The employee helping us pay our bill named Atik was extremely nice. However, that will never bring back that hour of lost time staring at a silent TV.

Rogers offered a great deal to get me to switch providers, offering 0 for a premium phone, and even gave a free tablet and google home, but the reception i get using Rogers is absolute trash. I switched from Virgin and had 4 bars of service at home, with Rogers I have 1 bar. Even some places in MONCTON I have low reception with Rogers. I can't wait to switch back after my contract is up

I've always hated Roger's, but since working next door to the people that work there, we have gotten to know them a little more and honestly they are great people. They are very kind and genuinely try their best to offer you what they can. Of course they can't modify prices (thats not their job) but they are lovely people.
