Due to a number of family weddings occurring within a short period of time, I had inadvertently mixed up the numeric date of a gift that I had had engraved. ( month & year were correct) You can imagine my horror when I got home and realized that I had asked the staff to engrave the WRONG wedding day!! I immediately called the store, explained my blunder and asked if there was anyway it could be fixed ( I assumed I would have to scrap this rather expensive gift and repurchase/re-engrave another) Not only did they fix MY mistake, they did so immediately...I was able to pick it up the very next day BEST service I have EVER received from any store!!!! Thank you
