There is absolutely no accountability at this company. Owner & managers are nowhere to be found. We have called numerous times to correct issues caused by their incompetent sales rep John Potes. The receptionist repeatedly hangs up on us and refuses to give contact info for the owner or any responsible person. This company is trash - bottom line. Don't even think of doing business with them, absolute nightmare!
Horrible company and completely incompetent staff. John Potes is absolutely dishonest and a disgrace to the manufacturing industry. He is the reason why mfg jobs are leaving the USA and going abroad. Do not do business with DieSand MFG, you will regret it.
