Brought my laptop because of a rattling fan and expected it to be a warranty case. Received cost estimate of 452 CHF after 3 weeks with an additional unexplainable screen replacement on that estimate. Called them and asked why. They referred me to Medion. Medion referred me back to Computacenter due to data protection. Then I asked why it wouldn't be repaired under warranty. They claimed I damaged it myself and sent photos from the exterior trying to prove their case. They never made photos of the interior, let alone of that faulty fan. What a horrible damage report when you don't even take photos of the faulty part itself... I had enough at that point and asked to have that laptop sent back to me. After one week, asked where my laptop was because it hadn't arrived yet. One day later, I received the shipment tracking number which meant that they forgot to sent my laptop back until I put pressure on them. Now, I have an unrepaired laptop with a bill of 129.25 CHF and strangely, 2 screws are missing... They claimed that they only took photos of the exterior and never opened my laptop. They were obviously lying! Ordered replacement parts now myself at ipc-electronics for 68 CHF. Would have been much cheaper to just forget about the warranty, believe other reviewers and fix the laptop myself. All in all, an unprofessional and dishonest company with no sense whatsoever for costumer service, business relationsips, professionality or competence. They will gladly corner you if that means more money for them. They will not stop from using dishonesty in order to rip their costumers off. Sadly, other reviews show that this is their modus operandi. Save yourself money, time and nerves and AVOID AT ALL COST!

Useless and expensive. Have two laptops, one of them a warranty case, that I'm trying to get repaired for an eternity now. Person on the phone said that I could drop them off at their location in Wetzikon. Drove there only to be told that I should bring it to Dietikon instead and that there is no way they can take them and arrange for transport to Dietikon at the earliest opportunity - despite them being part of the same company. So had to take the broken laptops back home since a detour of one hour to Dietikon was utterly impossible. Frustrating to deal with. Had heard of the bad reputation of Computacenter many times before. Was probably not exaggerated.

Simply ridiculous... My dell xps 13 was repaired by cc... Took them 45 days, was expensive, Customer Care couldn't really speak English / German, they told me stuff on which they didn't deliver, erased hard drive when not supposed to, sent it to wrong address... I hopr the (laptop) manufacturers end theire partnership with cc asap

I sent my Asus PC for repair, no comment, incompetent! I will never buy Asus again !!!
The worst amateur company I have ever worked with. unfortunately they are contracted with our partner, I did not have a choice to kick them out. 2 very very very bad experiences with this so called company, never ever again.....DONT BE FOOLED WITH 5 STARS REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL EMPLOYEES OF THIS STARTUP...A QUICK GOOGLING EXPOSED THEM...
I brought my latptop here since it is an ASUS center. It took three weeks to repair it. They ordered pieces I didn't need. At the end I asked why it took so long and they replied me in a vague manner. I asked to talk with one of the technicians but \It is forbidden to talk with them\. Very bad experience.
