Gym is good. Equipment good. Very convenient. But customer care is terrible. They do not help you at all, i was late by a few days canceling my abo and they hide behind contracts to keep invoicing you for a year. This is the worst kind of company, they dont care about the people, they just care about getting another year of money from you.

Gym equipment is ok, but sometimes is very crowded and the air quality is so bad you can barely breath. The lack of showers makes it impractical for morning gym (before work), unless you live very close and can shower at home. The lockers don't have a surveillance camera anymore. It's not a big deal, never had issues, but it's dissapointing to know that it was once there but was removed. Feels like the experience is worsening. It's an OK gym, but not more than that.

Ganz schwach. Wurde in einer Woche 2 mal beklaut! Schrank aufgebrochen! Wollte danach Abo kündigen. Keine Chance! Zudem nehmen Väter ihre Kinder mit ins Training während sie tranieren. Auch halten sich einige nicht an die Hausregeln und trainieren ohne T- Shirt und und und.... Ganz schlechtes Fitness. cosveni
