I would say my shopping experience was ok. They have a large show rooms, although some times is not well organized. Sometimes is hard to find a sales representative to assist. The delivery might take a while... I am satisfied with the furniture I bought, I believe the delivery was a bit though. They charge for individual items, even when the box had 2 chairs inside... anyway LIPO has lower prices than most and it is worth a comparison with IKEA when shopping.

Absolutely a joke with my 2 purchases from Lipo. Poor service and not qualified staff. Ordered furniture in August 2020 and still no delivery. I had to phone every week for information and the same story over and over again. Never again
