Ordered on black Friday, webshop page says 3-4 days delivery. After 3 weeks and unanswered email had to call to get information that the product still wasn't delivered by the producer. Would be nice to get informed about such delays. 2 stars instead of one because the employee over the phone was very nice.

Worst Experience Ever! I did online order and paid on 24th of August 2018 and expected to have my order to be delivered as it was stated on website within 3-7 working days. After 2 weeks of waiting, I gave a call to Hotline to get status update of my order. The person on the phone promised me to give written feedback per mail same day. Since I didn’t receive any information, I gave another call next day and received same answer. After my fifth call I managed to get status update verbally that their vendor has some delays but my order will be delivered by the end of the week. I waited another week and called again on 12th of September to take status update and the person on the phone told me that due to high request they can’t deliver the product anymore as there was no stock anymore and will return my payment. During the call I was checking MediaMarkt website to see the stock availability and product was available in several stores (it’s still available while I am writing this) but guess how; for almost double price! The person on phone offered me to buy product with new price despite the closed agreement according to their AGB. They first lie to me that there are problems with their vendors and can’t deliver the product and once I remind them their stock available on their website conditions gets changed and ask me to buy same product for higher price? What kind of business understanding and professionalism is this? How can we rely on our future deals with MediaMarkt. My personal opinion; I am done with MediaMarkt for the rest of my life and will ensure that everyone I know is aware what kind of risk they are into by considering to buy anything for this dealer. .

Ich wollte heute morgen mir die PS5 bestellen auf Rechnung jedoch ging es nicht mit Begründung das sie es nicht an Firmen Kunden verschicken was totaler Schwachsinn ist da ich es Privat bestellen will steht sogar auf meinem Profil ZU HAUSE!!! dann habe ich versucht dort anzurufen und hab gefüllt ne halbe Stunde am Telefon gewartet um das Problem zu lösen bedauerlicherweise hat sich niemand gemeldet Vielen Dank für nichts!!!
Leider gebraucht erhalten schade keine Neuwahre ?
Seit Wochen warte ich auf meine Bestellung. Service ist sehr schlecht, Personal kann kein Deutsch oder sehr schlechtes, wo habt ihr denn diese Mitarbeiter her ? Flüchtlinge aus dritt Ländern sprechen besser Deutsch, ich will meine BESTELLUNG endlich, so inkompetent, werde nie wieder etwas bei euch bestellen !
Onlineshop ist extrem schlecht. Bei einer Bestellung ist es eine Frage des Glücks, ob es richtig geliefert wird. Manchmal wird es gar nicht versendet. Support hilft leider auch nicht. Zum Glück mit Paypal bezahlt und konnte mein Geld zurück verlangen.
Safladen, betrügt seine Kunden mit nicht einhaltbaren Lieferzeiten. Hat wohl das schlechteste Vertriebssystem in der ganzen Schweiz. Ich warte jetzt seid 6 Wochen auf ein neues iPhone. Der Kundenservice schickt nur standardisierte Entschuldigungsmails, aber es wird keine Lösung angeboten. Das ist jetzt schon das zweite mal das mir das passiert. Ich werde nie wieder bei Media Markt einkaufen und sent der eine Punkt ist hier zu viel..
