Love this IKEA. The only bad thing is trying to return items, the queue is often long and the staff not always very efficient. Other than that, just coming for a walk around the store is a massive overload to the senses. Lots of fun though, especially if you have something to put together. We bought bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, bookcases, rugs, and lots of hotdogs at 1 franc each. Love it.

This IKEA is great, as always. Big choice of everything you need and even more than that. I love all the room designs, when you can just sit on a bed or a sofa and imagine how you are living in that environment. The best part of the shopping is a little IKEA grocery store, where you can buy some fish, Knäckebrot or tea.
What can you say? Defective products, terrible customer service, poor delivery logistics (multiple different delivery and pickup dates)... literally the only thing going for them is price, but if you aren't on a budget I'd avoid them like the plague. Maybe the meatballs are their redeeming feature but with closed locations during the pandemic they lost that too.
Who doesn't know Ikea. There is always something to buy. They got funky things for the kitchen and in general and nice furniture. I was there about a year ago, so now a new visit is fine.
Unlike their delivery service, in-store shopping and pickup still works. However, I have seen several employees not wearing their mask over the nose, and not distancing from customers or other employees. The rule for customers to wear masks is also not sufficiently enforced. In these times, this is not acceptable. Might explain why the number of cases in Dietlikon (and all of the kanton) is so high...
Got what I needed after asking an employee for directions and checking on an order I placed online. Their service was good!
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The range and display of products was also amazing. However, the delivery options and delivery time horizons were both disappointing.
It great, nice show room, employees are friendly it's clean. I just hate that you are forced to go through the endless showroom even when you know exactly what you want.
